At the time of purchase, the checkout would have prompted you to choose a password or Login to your existing profile.  This password is used to login on our website to review your purchases in what’s called your Library.  Your library is where you view all of your purchases! (Meaning, you do not need a link from emails in order to access your purchase - yay!)

Once logged in, it’ll take you right to your library! Click on the according course you are looking for.

All of the downloads are located just below, and to the right of the video player.  For the any courses that have multiple parts to each session, the downloads will be found on the FIRST video of each session.  For example, in the JCH Video Course, the downloads are located on Session 1 Video 1, Session 2 Video 1 etc.

All you have to do is enter your name/email on the registration page! Once entered and submitted, you will be taken to a confirmation page to join the 5DSC Facebook Group for that month.  You will then receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive that email, see "I'm Not Receiving Emails From You" 

To join the Facebook group, be sure to answer the questions by clicking the Checkboxes after clicking the Facebook group link. After you select 1 or both of the check boxes, click SUBMIT. It may take 24-48hrs for approval.

Sometimes emails get caught in what's called "Email Limbo".  This is when your email security thinks an incoming email contains spam/junk contents to it.  Essentially, it will hold the email in "email jail", decide if it's spam or not, and either let it into your inbox or delete it entirely.

With that being said, there is a way to help out your email security! If you want to be receiving emails from us but are not receiving our emails, you may need to do something called WHITELISTING.

Whitelisting (or add to Safe Senders List), tells your email security that we are SAFE and it does not need to scan for junk.

Search on google "How to Whitelist" in whatever email domain you use. Yahoo, Hotmail, gMail, etc. Follow the instructions, and there you have it!

We have something called a “carry forward” date for the VIP.  The VIP is Month Specific, which means if you purchase June VIP, you’ll get only June 5DSC Recordings/Content.   With that said, If you purchase from Wednesday or on, you’ll get not just June 5DSC recordings, but also added to the list in July to receive the Live Zoom Link for the VIP Sessions!  

Now, this is where the “Month Specific” term comes in.  It means where you’ll receive July’s VIP Zoom link, the July 5DSC Recordings are NOT included with purchase, as June VIP is what was purchased. 

We do this on Wednesday, because by then if you’re purchasing VIP you’ve already missed 2 of the live sessions. We want you to have the Live Experience, so we grant you access to the Live Zoom session the next month as a bonus! 

The Bonus Zoom sessions are apart of the VIP Package.  The Bonus Zoom sessions happen during each months 5 Day Salvation Challenge only. They do not run weekly, or throughout the month.

The 5DSC runs for 5 days every month. The Zoom sessions happen on the Monday, Tuesday & Thursday during the challenge. For example, say the 5DSC runs from the 20th-25th in the month, the Zoom would be on Monday the 20th, Tuesday the 21st, and Thursday the 23rd.

The Bonus Zoom Sessions start at 5:00pm MT.
The Zoom links for the VIP evening sessions are sent automatically at 4:15pm MT.

Possibility #1 - The Debit/credit card just doesn’t want to work. Not all of them work on our site, but lately we have seen more and more go through.

Possibility #2 - If it’s your first purchase with us, your bank may have thought it was a potentially fraudulent purchase.  In this case, all you have to do is give your bank a call and tell them it WAS you trying to purchase with JCH Online. What this will do, is have them un-flag us on your account. Meaning, you’ll never have this issue with us again!

More than likely #2 for the reason of decline.  This is overall a good thing - it means your bank is looking out for you!  But give your bank a call to inquire, and they’ll be the ones to help you further.

JCH Online Video Course

Our JCH Video Course is a deep dive into the scriptures about Justice and the Courts of Heaven. (JCH) It provides practical and easy to understand information and practises about how to successfully function in the Courts of Heaven as a child of God. It is 14 hours of teaching spread over 15 sessions and 54 videos. It also includes PDF notes and MP3's for download.

The 5DSC is the application of praying for the salvation of your loved ones using the courts of heaven. The only crossover of content between JCH Video Course and the 5DSC is the Day 3 teaching on withdrawing judgments. Everything else in the 5DSC is specific to the Salvation Challenge. 

VIP - 5DSC Recordings

The VIP is $77 and is specific to the 5DSC as a Zoom small group the meets on the Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00PM MT during the 5DSC. It is a separate experience from the morning free sessions of the Challenge. It focusses on teaching, activations and encounters.

The VIP purchase includes all the recordings and materials from the current months 5DSC live videos, slides, pdf’s and mp3 audio downloads.   Including 3 Bonus Zoom Sessions with further teaching.  The VIP is Month Specific, meaning the month you purchase in are the recordings you gain access to.  For example, VIP is purchased in February, you gain access to all of February 5DSC and VIP Recordings & Materials. 

There is a new feature among online purchases! This feature is another section to confirm your ZIP or POSTAL code. 

You enter your POSTAL/ZIP code in the address line as normal. Then, after you’ve entered your CC information, there should be another box that appears right next to the expiry that will say postal/zip. Enter your Postal/Zip code again there, and it should accept the purchase! 

This is a great question! And a very simple answer.

All you have to do, is go to the checkout of the course you want to purchase. Enter your friends First/Last name and Email, and choose a password for them. (It can be just temporary to help them get set up later).  Enter their information, and your payment information.

You may need to LOGOUT of your own account, in order to enter your friends email to create the account.

After the purchase is complete, your friend will receive email confirmation from the course being added to their new JCH Library! Be sure to reach out and send them their password, so they can login and being learning!

Yes!  When purchasing multiple items in our store, you can easily access them in your JCH Library.  Our system will recognize your email at the checkout, and add the new purchase to your current Library, or create a NEW one if this is your first purchase.
